Justina Perry, perinatal wellbeing expert and founder of MamaBabyBliss, has been privileged over the years to work with some amazing couples and families.
In the sessions I gave Shanna a pregnancy yoga and massage session and then a couples Birth Preparation Workshop.
It was so lovely to be in the presence of love both times.
Having a baby is an amazing process. Not just because it reminds us of how brilliant women and nature are, but because that there this is this life coming into the world created out of love.
Being in the presence of a new life,
Being there and feeling that I can contribute and make a difference to this couple on their journey into parenthood makes me so happy and gives me a sense of fulfilment.

Justina from made us feel so much more prepared as parents. Her fun and easy manner made even talking about the scary parts of giving birth seem not as daunting. She empowered us not just as individuals, but as a couple. Each section of the session was well thought out and planned. The dad tips were great, especially the ones regarding supporting your partner during labour. Her suggestions would make any dad feel like they can
have a huge and useful role in the labor process.
I was a bit hesitant to do a yoga session as a I hadn’t exercised throughout my entire pregnancy. However, with the guidance and
nurturing of justina I was able to easily do all the poses and feel energized and relaxed after. All the poses and techniques she taught me have made the rest of my pregnancy smoother. The pregnancy massage I was given by Justina after the yoga helped me relax even more. She does everything she can to make you feel at ease. We are so grateful for Justina!
