The training was excellent. The folders gave all the information we needed. The tutor was extremely professional. She shared her skills in a really good manner, very supportive and encouraging. The assessment worked really well ensuring the skills and knowledge was attained. I came away from the course feeling empowered and equipt to use the skills with our client group. I would highly recommend this course.
