Hi, I’m Victoria and I’m the MamaBabyBliss teacher for Northampton. I teach yoga and massage classes for pregnancy, new mums, babies and toddlers.
Whilst training, I gave birth to my son in November 2022 and so I am fully in this crazy parenting journey with you! What better way to spend my days than helping new and expectant mums to take time for themselves, bond with their babies and have a good chat.
I currently offer mums-to-be, mums and babies of Northampton 6-week courses in:
PregnancyBliss – Prenatal yoga for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. These classes offer a chance for mums-to-be to gently stretch out those pregnancy aches, prepare their bodies for birth and to take time for self relaxation.
MamaBliss – Postnatal yoga for new mums. These classes are a chance for you to focus on yourself, giving you time to nurture your post-pregnancy body and take a moment to relax, with or without baby by your side.
BabyBliss Massage – these baby massage classes teach you massage techniques to help your baby with relaxation, sleep and digestion, as well as providing you special bonding time with baby!
BabyBliss Yoga – these baby yoga courses are set over 3 different course levels, these yoga classes help with your baby’s developing muscles and coordination, as well as offering you both time to socialise. Once they’ve mastered the Foundation course, you can join the Advanced and PHD courses!

Birth Preparation Workshop – this workshop is for you and your birth partner to learn what happens during labour, how relaxation is beneficial, and provides you both with practical tools such as breathing, massage and positioning to help get you through. Available as either private or group workshops.
DaddyBliss workshop – offering valuable bonding time with baby, this workshop teaches dads massage and yoga techniques to aid baby in relaxation, coordination, sleep and digestion, as well as the chance to socialise with other parents.
MamaBabyBliss classes are unique, as the smaller classes sizes and 6-week course patterns mean that, as well as learning invaluable techniques to help nurture mums and babies wellbeing, new parents can meet other like-minded people, chat through any shared experiences and socialise, which is such an important part of becoming a new parent, as well as lots of baby cuddles!
