Baby and Me Yoga

6 week course

A dynamic and fun course that combines yoga for both baby and you! A fantastic follow on course from baby massage, you will encourage baby’s physical and neurological development through singing and movement, as well as enjoying a gentle yoga workout for yourself, not to mention some much needed relaxation time for you at the end of the session! Baby and Me Yoga ‘Foundation’ is suitable from 10 weeks to crawling, with Baby and Me Yoga ‘Advanced’ being for babies from crawling to toddling.

Baby massage

6 week course

This nurturing course is the ideal first class for you and your baby! Learn how to massage your baby from head to toe, soothing baby and potentially relieving a range of common ailments (including colic and digestive discomfort). You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments whilst having a chat with other parents, with our focus being as much on you, as it is your baby. These sessions are suitable from birth until crawling.

Postnatal Yoga Without Baby

6 week course

Leave your little one at home and take time just for you! This evening yoga class is designed to gently strengthen the postnatal body after giving birth, with special attention being given to the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. This is the perfect introduction back into exercise following birth (no matter how many years ago that may be)! And of course, all classes end with a well-deserved relaxation.

Pregnancy Yoga

6 week course

This nurturing course is designed to help you relax, breathe and enjoy time for you and your bump, whilst also connecting with other parents-to-be. During these classes, we will practise a range of movements, techniques and tools to not only gently strengthen and bring flexibility to your body, but to also help you prepare for the birth of your baby.

DaddyBliss Workshop

One-off workshop

Held at a weekend, this lovely workshop gives dad and baby special time to bond, with an introduction to baby massage and baby yoga. Mums have the option to stay in an adjoining room. All equipment including massage oil provided. Hot & cold drinks and biscuits included.

Mum & Baby Yoga

A lovely course that combines both gentle postnatal yoga and baby yoga so both mum and baby benefit from this course.

Mums’ Night Off

A well deserved night off for mums to relax with candlelight postnatal yoga, mindfulness, connect with other mums and enjoy a calming herbal tea and chocolate brownies. This lovely monthly session ends with a guided relaxation.

MamaBliss Postnatal Yoga

6 week course

This beautiful course uses a combination of gentle postnatal yoga inspired exercises with relaxation, mindfulness, and destressing techniques. This class is scheduled in the evening for you to get some well-deserved me time.

Pregnancy Retreat

The Pregnancy Retreat is a chance to switch off from daily life, focus on positive preparation for birth, life with a newborn & meet other pregnant women. The day retreat includes, a pre-natal exercise, massage & nails, a pregnancy yoga & relaxation class and workshops on, infant feeding, baby sleep and newborn first aid.

PregnancyBliss Yoga

6 week course

This blissful course is designed to help you to relax, breathe, and enjoy time for you and your ‘bump’ and meet other mamas-to-be. During the class, we will practise a range of techniques and tools including breathing, relaxation, yoga on the ball and yoga inspired postures to strengthen your body and prepare you for birth.

Baby Massage

6 week course

This lovely baby massage course will teach you to massage your baby from head to toes. Our Baby Massage courses will aid relaxation and digestion, help relieve colic and help your baby to sleep. The course includes detailed hand-outs to support the massage. We also set aside some special time for ‘MamaChat’ discussions and articles on a variety of parenting topics. Our focus is as much on you as your baby.

Baby Yoga

6 week course

This course will help strengthen your baby’s bones and muscle tone and develop co-ordination and sensory-motor skills. A series of structured baby yoga moves to help foster your baby’s development.  We also offer follow-on Baby Yoga ‘Advanced’, Baby Yoga ‘PHD’ and ‘Baby Explorers’ classes for when your baby becomes more active and mobile.

Toddler yoga

6 week course

The Toddler Massage & Yoga ‘Movers & Shakers’ are fun classes for babies from advanced crawling to age 2. They include yoga-inspired movement, singing, stories and nursery rhymes, treasure baskets and sensory play to engage your little one. For toddlers that are walking and talking, my Toddler Massage & Yoga ‘Walkers & Talkers’ (age 2 to 3) is perfect. I include movement, singing, stories, nursery rhymes, treasure baskets and sensory play. This class stimulates the toddler’s language skills and increasing independence with movement. Specific yoga-based moves cater for their increased body control.

Starting Solids Workshop

This workshop will give you the latest evidence-based information so you can make the best-informed choices for you and your baby. We will keep it simple, answering all your questions along the way, and leaving you feeling confident and ready for this next part of the journey with your baby.

Toddler Led Toileting

This workshop supports parents and caregivers to  know the signs of readiness, when to start and how to support your child during their toileting journey.

About MamaBabyBliss Classes

We have created a unique range of MamaBabyBliss classes to support mothers and babies from pregnancy to three years old. All of our group classes and workshops have limited spaces and are deliberately kept small to ensure you get the attention and support you need and deserve in a safe space.

For pregnancy

PregnancyBliss Stretch and Relax

Suitable from the second trimester, the classes use a combination of yoga-inspired postures, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques along with massage and equipment such as yoga balls. The class is designed to support body and mind through pregnancy and birth.

Couples’ Birth Preparation Workshops

This 2 hour workshop will empower you and your partner by teaching a variety of practical tools and techniques to help prepare and support you through labour and birth.

For parents and babies

MamaBliss Nurture & Relax

A gentle and restorative postnatal class combining gentle yoga-inspired exercises with relaxation and destressing techniques to leave you revived and restored. You are welcome to come with or without your baby.

Our BabyBliss courses are a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and give your baby the best start in life.

Baby Massage

Over a six-week course of classes you will learn top-to-toe massage techniques to aid relaxation and digestion, help relieve colic and help your baby to sleep. The course includes discussion time, detailed hand-outs and massage oil suitable from birth

Baby Yoga

Building on the benefits of baby massage, our curriculum of Baby Yoga courses will build on the development milestones of your baby, helping to strengthen your baby’s bones and muscle tone and develop co-ordination and sensory-motor skills. Classes include postnatal exercise and relaxation for your too!

Workshops for Dads

Held at the weekend, the workshop focuses on teaching Dad how to massage baby from head to toe and many other fantastic baby bonding and baby soothing techniques.

For toddlers

Toddler Massage & Yoga ‘Movers & Shakers’

If you can’t make it to a group class, we can come to your home for 1 hour sessions tailor made to you and / or your baby’s needs.

Pamper Parties

Held regularly throughout the year for you to have some well deserved pampering and nurturing by one of our trained therapists. Our pamper parties include a mini pamper treatment, cake & a cuppa, mummy chat and playtime for babies.
