About me
Welcome to MamaBabyBliss Worcester and Bromsgrove! My name’s Zoe and I’m here to help you on your pregnancy and early parenthood journey. I have classes and courses available in Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Massage, Mum and Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga.
I’m a mum to two young girls, so I’ve recently experienced all that early motherhood entails: the highs, the lows, the tears and the laughter. I’ve learnt that there are so many ways to make pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for your baby easier and more enjoyable – so I’m here to share all that I’ve learnt with you!
I joined MamaBabyBliss because I loved the pregnancy and baby classes I took with my eldest daughter, and could see the huge benefits of the classes for mums and babies. I wanted a job that had meaning, was making a difference, that I felt passionate about, and that I could fit around my own family. Before I became a MamaBabyBliss Teacher I was a manager of different holistic businesses and spas, and I’m also a qualified Massage Therapist and Homeopath. I love to learn, and will be completing more yoga teacher training later this year.
What I love about teaching my classes is seeing the mums grow in confidence. During Pregnancy Yoga classesthey become empowered, realising how incredible the female body is and how well designed and equipped we are to birth our babies. Our minds and bodies are connected so preparing both for labour is key. I adore hearing the happy news of babies being born and how mums were helped by the different hypnobirthing and yoga techniques I teach. Then, it’s amazing to see the mums and babies bond and get to know each other, as well as the support network the mums give each other. The feeling in my classes is very relaxed, friendly, and inclusive to all mums. Overall, the sessions are really calming and supportive as well as informative and fun. I love seeing those adoring looks between babies and their parents and watching the bond between them blossom.

I first met Zoe in summer 2017 and did the Baby Yoga course with her with my first child. During my second pregnancy I loved my pregnancy yoga course. I enjoyed the time to focus on me and my baby, meeting other expecting mums and sharing information. Zoe is a great instructor, she is kind and all her courses are very personal. I’ve always loved doing the activities at home with my baby as well. With my second child I’ve done both baby massage and yoga and loved it as much as the first time and now even doing toddler yoga with my big girl via Zoom.

I started pregnancy yoga as early as I possibly could and did it throughout my entire pregnancy. I looked forward to it every week and honestly don’t think I would have had the amazing pregnancy and birth I had without the techniques and knowledge Zoe gave me. Had my birth not gone how I’d planned, I know this knowledge would have helped me be confident in any scenario too. I started Baby Massage with my son ‘in person’ before it moved online and we enjoyed it so much, it’s a lovely way to spend time with your new baby and I felt looked after by Zoe checking in on us and giving advice for any little worry we had. Now we’re going in to our second term of Baby Yoga online and it’s a lot of fun! It’s a nice gentle way back in to exercising too as well as connecting with other mums – this has been even more important during ‘lockdown’. We can’t wait to meet in person again and finish our class with a biscuit and a chat!

My little boy Blake and I love Zoe’s Baby Yoga classes. He loves anything to do with movement and always has a smile on his face and a giggle as we do the songs and the moves. Have been doing Pregnancy Yoga with Zoe since I was 15ish weeks back in Feb when classes were in person. Really enjoyed it and enjoyed meeting other pregnant ladies! Was so glad when the classes changed to Zoom since this lockdown and have signed up for my 3rd course! Zoe is absolutely lovely and so calming! She always knows just what to say and provides help with any problem areas mentioned. It’s great having others to talk to, to bounce ideas and questions off, especially with everything going on! It’s a great way of ensuring time to yourself to relax when you’d normally struggle to do so or just forget! Would highly recommend and will definitely sign up for a 4th course and Baby Yoga!

We have been doing Baby Yoga since my little boy was 8 weeks and he totally loves it! I also did it with my first child and now do toddler yoga with her and she loves it too! Zoe is an amazing instructor, so kind and supportive. During lockdown we have been doing it via Zoom and it’s been brilliant having these sessions to focus on. It’s the highlight of the week for both of them. It’s so nice to talk to all the other mums and get their advice and support as well as Zoe’s. I would highly recommend these session to any new parents.

Zoe has been brilliant during this lockdown. I started Pregnancy Yoga in person going to the Thursday evening class and I was so happy when Zoe decided to carry on the classes via Zoom. I first discovered Zoe and MamaBabyBliss when I was pregnant with my second child. I thoroughly enjoyed going to the Pregnancy Yoga sessions. It was a small chunk of ‘me-time’ I could dedicate to myself and my new pregnancy, and always left me feeling relaxed, refreshed and positive about the upcoming birth. The techniques I learnt during these sessions helped me to have the most amazing VBAC, and I was so grateful and pleased! I have since attended Pregnancy Yoga again whilst pregnant with my third child, and really enjoyed the escape it offered once more. I’m now taking part in Baby Massage classes via Zoom, which are fantastic. They offer a lovely way to bond with your baby as well as get to know other mums and talk about the joys and difficulties of having a baby whilst in lockdown. The massage techniques we’ve learnt have been really enjoyable to use with my baby and help him relax and offer a way for other members of the family to bond with him too. Zoe is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable teacher. She shares her passion and experience in all her classes and I’ve learnt so much. Zoe genuinely cares and her sessions offer a safe space for mums to come and chat, learn and share experiences. I’d recommend these sessions to any expectant, new or experienced mum!

I cannot recommend Zoe and her classes enough. I started pregnancy yoga at around 17 weeks and continued until the last few weeks of my pregnancy. My daughter and I have since attended Zoe’s Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes including more recently as they have transitioned to Zoom. Zoe’s style is calm, inclusive and nurturing and her classes are a complete haven. I started to help with the usual aches and pains associated with pregnancy but little did I know then that I would benefit from the kindness, support and laughter of Zoe and the other lovely mums that attend both at and outside of the classes. Covid19 has clearly thrown up huge challenges for expectant and new parents and, as a first time mum myself, the continued online classes are the highlight of my week. Zoe has transitioned the classes seamlessly and the same humanity and empathy that make her classes so wonderful in person have been carried over online.

She has great knowledge re all things pregnancy and baby related and offers sound and non-judgemental advice which is really important in those early postnatal months. During the first trimester of pregnancy I found I felt very anxious of the thought of giving birth and if I would be capable. Capable to withstand the pain and actually birth my baby. I had heard about Hypnobirthing but really didn’t understand how it could help me. My partner and I signed up for Hypnobirthing sessions with Zoe, this was the best decision we made. Now in my third trimester I can honestly say I feel excited about the big day. Zoe has given us the tools to be prepared, not only from a physical standpoint but from a mental perspective as well and we feel so informed because of her knowledge and expertise. The hypnobirthing course with Zoe has been invaluable from start to finish – the information has been clear and memorable and really deepened our understanding of birth, alongside giving us the confidence to make a positive plan. The handout pack I have read numerous times and includes such fantastic tools and information. This, alongside the group and one-to-one sessions and the time that Zoe takes to get to know you individually, has left us feeling ready for anything, knowing we have the coping techniques in place! Zoe spent extra time building us personal affirmations that are supporting me already through pregnancy and working towards a positive mindset. I would recommend this course to anyone!

Hands down absolutely the best money and time myself and my partner have spent in preparation for our first baby.
I cannot recommend the 1-2-1 Hypnobirthing experience and course enough with Zoe. The course made myself and partner feel so at ease , left us feeling so knowledgeable about all aspects of birth, erased all of our fears and genuinely made us feel so relaxed and excited about the whole birthing experience.
Zoe is so calming , and has a genuine passion for birth and yoga and wants to help, and we both felt this during our time together. Loved every minute and would do again without a seconds hesitation.
She provides so much great material and the best hypnobirthing book also included in the course, along with so many goodies 🙂 and after the course I just felt so ready for our baby to arrive and most importantly to me informed of my rights and choices with a head filled with knowledge and my partner feeling happier and more confident about how he could help during the birth too.
I also attended Zoe’s pregnancy yoga, which again I cannot recommend enough. The room was always a pleasure to walk into, so beautiful, candles and fairy lights surrounding the room, beautiful wall hangings. The most beautiful and calming environment. So relaxing!
It gave me the opportunity to learn how to look after my physical and mental body throughout my pregnancy which I am still doing now at 39 weeks pregnant (don’t know what I would have done without it!!) Thank you Zoe!!
It also gave me an opportunity to meet other like-minded ladies who are going through pregnancy at the same time and each session beginning chatting with the others in the group about individual pregnancy experiences, making you feel like you aren’t the only person in the whole world feeling the ups and downs pregnancy brings. For me it was so nice to have each week to look forward to and a gorgeous session with such a lovely teacher and genuinely lovely ladies who all just want to help and support each other.
