Hello, my name’s Zoe and I’m the MamBabyBliss teacher for Worcester and I teach Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Pregnancy Yoga classes.

I live in Worcester with my partner Rob and our two daughters Ruby and Nina. I grew up in Worcester but spent my 20’s living in different cities as well as traveling around Asia and settling in Thailand for a while. Becoming parents gave us a huge pull to return home and be nearer family so here we are!
Before I became a MamaBabyBliss Associate Teacher I was a manager of different holistic businesses and spas, I’m also a qualified Massage Therapist and Homeopath. I joined MamaBabyBliss because I loved the Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes I did with Ruby and could see the huge benefits of the classes for mums and babies. I wanted a job that had meaning, was making a difference and that I felt passionate about.
What I love about teaching is seeing the mums grow in confidence throughout my classes. During Pregnancy Yoga classes Worcester they become empowered realising how incredible the female body is and how well designed and equipped we are to birth our babies. I adore hearing the happy news of babies being born and how the different techniques I teach helped them through labour. Then in the Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes in Worcester it’s amazing seeing the mums and babies bond and get to know each other, as well as the support network the mums give each other.
My classes are very relaxed, friendly and inclusive to all mums. Overall the sessions are really calming and supportive as well as informative and fun. For me, I love seeing those adoring looks between babies and their parents. There are lovely cafés at The Pump House and The Countryside Centre so it’s a nice place to socialise before or after classes too.

I have completed PregnancyBliss, baby massage and baby yoga with Zoe. She is an amazing teacher and the PregnancyBliss stretch and relax classes definitely aided the natural delivery of my baby boy. We have both loved the massage and yoga since and we are really looking forward to future classes soon. Thank you Zoe, we’ll miss you on a Wednesday morning xx
I did a 6 week PregnancyBliss course with Zoe. I would definitely recommend it. It has helped with my anxiety issues with the upcoming labour, she has given me confidence and so much help with how I can stay relaxed. Zoe is also lovely and friendly and really easy to get a long with. Thank you for the help and support.
I did both the Baby Yoga & The Baby Massage courses which I HIGHLY recommend. Zoe was a brilliant teacher! She was always patient and kind. The sessions were always very accommodating and we always felt at ease, relaxed and it was breastfeeding friendly! Thanks to both BabyMassage/BabyYoga Monroe~V and I have been on a journey together discovering new things and learning valuable techniques that has helped both hers and my well being and development. Hopefully we will see you in the future for more classes.

My little girl and I completed the baby yoga and I could not recommend Zoe and her course enough. I can’t wait to do the next stage. Completely natural with all babies, super friendly and a beautiful lady inside and out.
I have completed three terms of mum and baby yoga with Zoe and have thoroughly enjoyed it. She has adapted each class to change with the babies as they grow and help support their development. It’s a lovely class to do with your baby and also a nice environment to make new friends and chat to other mums. Zoe is friendly and approachable and excellent at what she does.
