I’ve had a love of all things pregnancy, birth and babies ever since having my first baby girl 17 years ago. With 3 fantastic children, I am probably even more passionate about supporting parents and babies through such a special time.
I originally trained as a dancer (which is also where I first discovered yoga) and then went on to work in youth arts before returning to college to gain a Post-Grad Certificate in Education and lecturing in Further Education, teaching in schools and with community dance charities.
It was whilst I was practising pregnancy yoga when pregnant with my third baby, that I decided I wanted this to be a regular part of my future. After completing my training, I have now been an Associate Teacher with MamaBabyBliss since 2015, teaching classes to the lovely mums in West Oxfordshire. I love being part of the MamaBabyBliss team, empowering women and creating powerful support networks for mums-to-be and new mums is just such a privilege.
I currently teach PregnancyBliss Stretch and Relax yoga inspired classes and MamaBliss post-natal classes as well as Couples Birth preparation workshops in Carterton & Witney, West Oxfordshire.
We provide everything you need to attend one of our classes including mats, cushions, towels, blankets and other yoga equipment. All you need to bring is yourself and your bump or baby.

Absolutely loved doing yoga while I was pregnant, a little bit of you time and some time with your unborn baby. Charlotte is so reassuring and calming.
