I offer MamaBabyBliss classes designed to pamper, nurture and support parents-to-be right from the start of their journeys.
After working as a primary school teacher, I have decided to take the plunge and embark on a new adventure, which allows me to continue to work with children but also support and nurture new parents from early pregnancy and beyond.
Becoming a mother to our wonderful daughter Aria was the best thing to happen to me. But I am not ashamed to say that I struggled enormously in the early weeks as Aria had silent reflux, which had a huge, detrimental impact on her feeding.
Living far away from the support of my family, I started to feel increasingly isolated and alone. Attending MamaBabyBliss Baby Massage classes were a real turning point because I was taught a variety of ways to sooth and relax my baby as well as critical bonding techniques, which helped us overcome the pain she was in and her difficulties feeding.
The classes also helped me meet other mothers who – like me – were struggling for all sorts of reasons. I realised that I wasn’t on my own and getting together for just 90 minutes a week lifted my spirits and boosted my confidence as a new mum. These classes weren’t just for Aria, they threw me a lifeline, got me out of the house and meeting regularly with women who remain a valuable support to me even now.
I teach PregnancyBliss, Stretch & Relax classes (a specially adapted Pregnancy Yoga class, designed specifically for expectant mums) as well as Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. And, I will be training to teach the full curriculum to include classes for toddlers as well. There are also birth preparation workshops, workshops for dads and I offer 1:1 sessions on request. Classes will be held in the fabulous Village Hall in Kilndown, where facilities are immaculate and easy to access. All equipment for classes is provided and designed to make you feel as “at home” as possible.
Having been through it myself not so long ago, I know how it feels to be thrown into life as a parent and feel like you’ve been hit by a bus. I am looking forward to bringing MamaBabyBliss classes to Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area and supporting as many parents and babies as I can.

As a total beginner to yoga, I found Evie’s teaching style easy to follow as well as very informative! She made the classes very relaxing and enjoyable and answered all of my questions with lots of detail and knowledge.
The class was wonderfully relaxing and welcoming. Everything from the atmosphere and gentle lighting to the way Evie welcomed everyone and talked us through each section of the class made for a really chilled and enjoyable time each week. She was great at explaining the purpose of each exercise and I was able to use them at home to ease some of my discomfort. It was exactly what I needed at the end of my pregnancy and I would recommend it to others.
Eve is a very welcoming and open person who instantly makes you feel at ease within her classes. The sessions were very well planned and took into account the differing needs of those from the group. I learnt many new stretches and poses which I can also do at home to help keep fit during pregnancy and also during labour. Overall a very pleasant experience with a knowledgeable and professional instructor. I always left the class feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend Eve and these sessions to any mums to be in the future.
I took the pregnancy yoga course with Evie and absolutely loved it. She taught the class well and explained not only how to do the poses and different variations but why we do them and what they do for us which I found very interesting and has intrigued me to find out more about yoga and what effect it can have on the body. Before coming to the classes I hadn’t felt much of a connection to my baby growing inside of me but the relaxation parts at the end really built up a strong bond that got stronger every week. I used a lot of what Evie taught me during labour as well and felt a lot better knowing I was equipped with the knowledge of how my body could help itself with the pain etc. I would highly recommend this course to any expectant mother.
