Hi I’m Krissy, and I’m the local Mamababybliss teacher for Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett and Cirencester. I teach Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes, as well as Birth Preparation Workshops for Couples and Dad’s Baby Massage Workshops.

I have two precious babies of my own who are nearly five and two and who both certainly keep me on my toes. Both of them have shown me the fun and enjoyment (and exhaustion!) of living life through the eyes of small children. I love working with Mamababybliss to empower and help women on their journey from pregnancy, through the birth, and into those precious early years with their beautiful babies.
It is so important to provide classes that pamper and nurture mums and mums to be (and dads!) as motherhood is, for many, daunting and lonely. I love teaching with MamaBabyBliss. The classes allow women to build their tribe of supportive mums around them, whilst also offering dedicated time to bond with their bumps and babies. Mums always comment on how relaxed they feel after our classes and how special the time is away from their busy lives, to concentrate on themselves, their bumps or babies.
The range of classes we offer are so unique. I love and feel very honoured, to be a small part of such an amazing journey. I particularly love teaching PregnancyBliss and helping women to trust their bodies and to feel prepared (as much as you can be!) for labour and beyond.
Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes are on offer to lots of lovely mums in our area and I also teach Birth Preparation Workshops for Couples and Dad’s Baby Massage Workshops. You can also book private one to ones in your home in Swindon, Wootton Bassett and Cirencester.
Currently doing my second term with Krissy and Mamababybliss and I have found her classes so calming and so informative. It’s been bliss having some time out for me and baby, especially with a lively 3 year old at home.
