Originally from Birmingham, my partner and I now live in Great Houghton, Northampton.
Introduced to yoga by a close friend, I was immediately amazed not only by the physical, but also the mental, emotional and health benefits it has to offer. Yoga soon became a key part of my life.
My training with MamaBabyBliss has been intense, enlightening, a little emotional at times, but so much fun. In March 2020 I completed all my training so I can now offer the full curriculum from pregnancy, postnatal, baby and toddler yoga as well as baby massage.
My classes are relaxed and fun but also informative. They are a safe environment for you to meet like-minded ladies, to chat, take time out, swop stories/experiences and connect one to one with your babies. All classes are focussed on nurturing mum as well as baby.

Hayley is such a caring and patient teacher, and the classes are very thoughtful and professionally delivered. From the baby sensory props to use before the session, through to the baby changing facilities and biscuits, both mummy and baby’s needs are considered and you really do feel like you have both been pampered afterwards. Having now completed the course (which has been a firm favourite of both Amelia and I) I am a little bit sad that we now need to find something else to do on a Tuesday!
