I’m Emily, MamaBabyBliss teacher for Leicester. I run classes in Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga.

I’m a local mummy to two boys. Leo is 5 and Joel is 1, I’m expecting my third son in early April. I’m passionate about all things birth and baby having really felt the benefits of Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga with my own little boys. Knowing first hand that becoming a mum can be a very exciting but also sometimes quite an emotional and anxious time, I love being able to support other mums on their journeys. I enjoy sharing the tools and techniques that have benefited me in my pregnancies and with my babies who were both challenging as one had reflux and one colic.
I think it’s important to help mums have time to relax and bond with their babies and I enjoy giving them the opportunity to do this in my classes. I also think having a network of mums for advice and support is essential and it’s fantastic to watch these new friendships develop in my classes.

I know how exhausting and overwhelming being a new parent is, in all my postnatal yoga, baby massage and baby yoga I aim to provide a safe non judgemental space to share how your feeling as well as teaching you techniques to support your babies development, aid their digestion and help them sleep better.
I also run workshops just for dads to attend with their little ones. These are a great chance to meet other dads and learn techniques to settle and soothe baby. Its fantastic to watch dads grow in confidence and have one on one time to bond with their baby. Mums get two hours to relax.
I offer both private and group sessions. No previous yoga or fitness experience is needed. All equipment is provided. All you need to bring is your bump.

Emily’s maternity yoga session was just what I needed. The class really helped me get the best out of my pregnancy so far, allowing me to unwind, while looking after myself and bump. Emily is very professional and knowledgeable, not only around maternity yoga but also all those mummy to be questions that I had!
Relaxing ‘me time’ that is welcomed being a pregnant mummy of a 3 year old. Extremely informative and taught by the lovely and helpful Emily. Thankyou for giving me a few hours to concentrate on me and my baby. Highly recommend.
