Hello! My name is Louise and I’m your MamaBabyBliss teacher in Aylesford and Maidstone West, Kent. I run classes in pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby yoga.

After having my first daughter, Sophie, I decided that I wanted a change in my career, something that could work around school times and away from the 2 hour London commute. I absolutely loved taking Sophie to Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. It was great to have that special bonding time and I remember thinking what a wonderful job it would be. I started my training with MamaBabyBliss in 2015 and haven’t looked back.
Being a MamaBabyBliss teacher is so rewarding. I love meeting new mums-to-be during my Pregnancy Yoga classes, helping to nurture and support them throughout their pregnancy, and to then welcome them back to Baby Massage and Baby Yoga with their babies is truly wonderful! I offer plenty of time for mums to talk and get to know each other and watching friendship blossoms during my classes has to be the most rewarding part.

I did the pregnancy yoga class from 17 weeks pregnant (over 3 blocks). It really was the highlight of my week. Louise is so friendly and the sessions were so relaxing, it really helped to destress and stay calm during pregnancy. The sessions were a lovely combination of talking to other mums, exercise, breathing techniques and relaxation – with a little bit of chocolate thrown in. I’ve made some lovely friends in the process as well. Louise has got such a great teaching style. Her sessions really helped me have a lovely relaxed natural birth. I would recommend the yoga sessions to any pregnant mum.

We really enjoyed our class, plenty of time allowed to stop for feeding, changing and cuddles which was something I worried about beforehand as Jessica can be a bit fussy! Louise was always encouraging us to talk about how things were going as well, a great way to get advice and support from the other mums. Jessica and I attended the baby yoga class on a Monday. Louise is so friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed learning about how the different actions affect my babies development.
