How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Reviewing/Modifying your order
If you need to make an amendment to your order with us, please email or call us and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. E-mail bliss@mamababybliss.com (please include your name, postal address and order number).

Prices

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and include any taxes, but exclude any packaging or postage.

Delivery Prices

We offer a range of different delivery options:

Super Saver (2nd Class Royal Mail) 3-5 Days FREE
Standard Recorded (1st Class Royal Mail) 1-3 Days £3.95
Next Day Special (Royal Mail Special Delivery) By 1PM £6.95

Please note that  Postage and Packing is included Free as part of the Corporate Maternity Gift Scheme.

Delivery outside the UK

Delivery is charged at £8.50 per order to Europe and £12.50 per order to the rest of the world.

Delivery Times

We process all orders Monday-Friday and aim to ship your order within 24 hours.

UK: For Royal Mail First Class Recorded, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. All orders placed before 3pm on a Friday should reach you by 5:30pm Monday, depending on the postal service. All orders are posted on first class royal mail services.

For Next-Day delivery, providing your order is placed before 1pm Monday-Friday, it should reach you the following day before 1pm.

Europe: Allow 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world: Allow 5 working days.

PLEASE NOTE ALL DELIVERY TIMES QUOTED MAY VARY AND ARE DEPENDENT ON NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICES. WE MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS AND RETAIN ALL RECEIPTS AS PROOF OF POSTAGE AND CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS. OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN 25TH DECEMBER, 2011 AND 3RD JANUARY, 2011 AND ALL ORDERS RECEIVED DURING THAT PERIOD WILL BE DESPATCHED BY 1ST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY ON THE 4TH JANUARY 2012.

Payment by cheque
If you prefer to pay by cheque please email us your request at bliss@mamababybliss.com or telephone 01462 632 499. Please note that items will not be dispatched until a cheque has cleared so you should allow a further 7 days for goods to be dispatched.

Due to very limited availability of spaces on courses , regrettably, we cannot reserve spaces unless paid for in advance (a space is only booked once a cheque has cleared).

Payment by PayPal
We use PayPal for our payments processing, as they provide an excellent secure payments service. You can either pay by credit card or your PayPal account.

According to PayPal security measures, if you have a PayPal account and have a particular credit card registered to that account, you will not be able to use that same credit card for a direct card transaction. In that case, either use a different card or use your PayPal account. If it is a defunct or forgotten PayPal account, please contact PayPal who will be able to help. If you experience any problems with PayPal, please call their helpline on 08707 307 191. You can also call our helpline 01462 632 499.

Out of stock
We update our system daily, but if goods are incorrectly displayed as in stock when they are out of stock, we will contact you with either the option to wait until items are in stock again, or we will offer a full refund or exchange for alternative items.

Cancellation and returns of goods
You may cancel your order before your goods have been dispatched, please call us with your order number on 01462 632 499.

After the goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your order or exchange your items within 7 days of receipt (see conditions below).

We will pay return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. (see conditions below).

Simply telephone 01462 632 499 or send an email to bliss@mamababybliss.com, within 24 hours of receipt, from 10.00am to 5.00pm (Mon – Fri), and request a return document and instructions.

All Items should be returned to: 14 The Chilterns, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 9PP. When returning the item, we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.
Conditions of return
Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund:

  • The item must be in a re-saleable condition (unless damaged upon receipt in which case you must inform us on the same day of receipt)
  • All products must be unopened, in the original packaging with all tags/documentation still in place

Cancellation of courses
If you have booked a course but need to cancel, we ask for at least 7 days notice so that we can arrange for another parent and baby to have the space. If notice is given within less than 7 days, we will do our best to fill your space but we cannot guarantee a refund as proceeds are given to charity.
