MamaBabyBliss Teachers
Sarah is based in Retford, North Nottinghamshire and, as an associate teacher of baby massage and baby yoga, offers classes and private sessions in Retford and Doncaster. Classes in Doncaster are held at Club Motivation, Holiday Inn, Warmsworth (A1 Junc 36) and Retford classes are held at Retford Chiropractic Clinic, Grove Street. Workshops for Dads are currently held in Doncaster at The Regent Hotel.
A little about me!
Hi I'm Sarah I have three 'babies' of my own, now aged 15, 13 & 9 who all benefitted from baby massage & still enjoy massage now! As well as teaching baby massage & baby yoga, I am also a registered homeopath & trainee doula. My classes are kept small with limited places for added comfort, relaxation & enjoyment so early booking is advised to secure your place. Everything you'll need is provided so all you need to bring is your baby! I look forward to meeting you both soon.

At MamaBabyBliss we are passionate about nurturing mothers, fathers and babies naturally. Our courses will ensure your baby has the very best start in life – mentally, physically and emotionally. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
Our classes will help:

- Relax your baby and encourage good sleep
- Reduce wind and settle colic
- Strengthen your baby's neural and brain development
- Develop coordination, balance and sensory-motor skills
- Plus our courses offer gentle postnatal stretches and relaxation for parents too!
