Hello, I am Rose Burke – Fully Qualified MamaBabyBliss Associate Teacher for Greater Manchester and North Staffordshire. My baby massage and yoga classes are set in the relaxing setting within True Serenity the Centre for Holistic Excellence, in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. More new classes will be run in the villages in and around Staffordshire. I have 8 parents and babies to share a relaxing, nurturing and calming weekly session, learning the art of the soothing touch of massage and yoga. I can also offer private group sessions and one to one sessions in the comfort of your own home – so hurry book quickly! All you need is you and your baby x
A little about me!
I have 2 lovely babies who are now 17 and 13 years old, but who will always be my babies! I am very excited to be able to offer Baby Yoga and Baby Massage sessions offering and sharing the benefits and precious memories made within these sessions, with you and your baby, memories to treasure.
About the courses
At MamaBabyBliss we are passionate about nurturing mothers, fathers and babies naturally. Our courses will ensure your baby has the very best start in life – mentally, physically and emotionally. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
Our classes will help:
- Help develop your baby's digestive, immune, circulatory and nervous systems from birth
- Relax your baby and encourage good sleep
- Reduce wind and settle colic
- Strengthen your baby's neural and brain development
- Develop coordination, balance and sensory-motor skills
- Plus our courses offer gentle postnatal stretches and relaxation for parents too!
