Hi! I'm Becci, and I teach MamaBabyBliss baby massage,baby yoga and toddler yoga and massage classes in the Harlow, Epping and Bishops Stortford areas. I love teaching baby massage and yoga because I've seen how incredibly beneficial it can be, for both you and your baby. I'm confident that you will leave my classes with a sense of calm and well being which you'll carry with you between sessions, as well as the skills to massage your baby throughout their infancy and into childhood (if you can get them to keep still long enough!). Baby massage is especially good for little ones with colic, and it also promotes restful sleep, which means a good nights sleep for mummies too!

NEW! I'm very excited to announce that alongside other Associate Teachers, I've been invited to attend the upcoming Mothercare "Baby and Me" events, I'll be offering advice about baby massage and yoga, self care in pregnancy, and key parenting topics such as feeding sleeping and life as a parent. A little about me!
I am a fully accredited MamaBabyBliss Associate Teacher in the Harlow area and as the mother of a two year old little boy myself, I understand the importance of taking time out from our busy lives to "just be" with our babies. I am a passionate believer in the importance of skin to skin contact between parents and babies because I have seen the benefits myself.
My classes are set within the luxurious surroundings of the Manor of Groves Hotel in Sawbridgeworth, a beautiful and relaxing environment in which to enjoy baby massage and yoga.
Groups are small to ensure a high standard of teaching, I also offer one to one workshops, private sessions for groups of parents and workshops for Daddies.
Included in the price of my classes is:

I also provide all equipment, including yoga mats, freshly laundered towels (for baby massage), cushions, toys, and bottle warmer. All you need to bring is yourself, your little one, changing items and a drink for your baby, as massage/yoga is thirsty work for little ones!
About the courses
At MamaBabyBliss we are passionate about nurturing mothers, fathers and babies naturally. Our courses will ensure your baby has the very best start in life – mentally, physically and emotionally. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
Our classes will help:
