  "Although both my husband and I have been reading a lot of books regarding labour and how to deal with the impending contractions, my husband particularly felt rather apprehensive about his role during labour and how he could help support me through our baby’s birth day. Therefore when Justina told me about the “couples labour technique work shop,” we jumped at the chance to learn more information about the labour process as a couple.
