  My Total MamaBabyBliss treatment consisted of a yoga session, a top to toe massage and a pedicure. I felt throughly spoilt and revived after the treatment. I have only done antenatal yoga prior to this session, but Justina tailored the yoga session to my abilities and I'm now a yoga convert. The massage was wonderful. Just what I needed to iron out all those aches and pains! And the pedicure was great (even though Justina insists it's not her forte, it looked fresh for my beach holiday the following week!) Justina is very easy to talk to and has such a relaxed manner, you cannot help but feel calm and centred in her presence. I would wholeheartedly recommend this treatment for all mummies out there.
