Most new mums want to lose weight after their pregnancy. We want to guide you to do this safely and effectively by taking a more natural route that is the safer and more permanent way to weight loss success, optimising health and well being along the way.

We do not recommend a weight loss programme for breastfeeding new mums, although we do offer a fantastic breastfeeding nutrition consultation that will support your feeding, health and well-being whilst optimising and enhancing the value and goodness that your breast milk offers your new precious baby!
