Baby Yoga is a wonderful, gentle practice that helps to develop your baby's neural development, sensory motor skills, balance and co-ordination. Week-on-week, you will be taught a series of baby yoga moves that will help with your baby's development in a beautiful and fun environment. The class is tailored to your baby's development and are suitable from babies of 10 weeks and above. As well as baby yoga, we also integrate gentle moves for mums to help with post-natal healing, plus there is a lovely relaxation phase for mums! Mats, towels, changing and bottle warming facilities are all provided. Maximum 5 parents and babies.Classes are over-subscribed so it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.
