Baby massage is a beautiful, gentle practice with so many benefits for a baby's development. Our courses are set within small intimate groups within a lovely tranquil setting and are suitable from birth to when a baby starts crawling. As well as teaching you a head-to-toe baby massage routine week-on-week, the 90-minute sessions also cover weekly discussions with other parents on a number of parenting topics including how to encourage your baby to sleep, baby's self calming techniques, recognising your baby's cues and many more! It's wonderful way to make new friends. Detailed hand-outs and articles to support the massage and parenting topics are also given out weekly. We provide mats, towels, oil, changing and bottle-warming facilities so all you have to bring is you and baby - plus there's time for a cup of tea and a biscuit!
